Core Strength: is an eclectic mix of proven training methods aimed at strengthening the whole body so you feel better, stronger and happier!
Core Strength is rehabilitative and preventative conditioning. People seek core strength if they haven’t exercised in a while and need to safely strengthen their muscles. Or people seek core strength when coming back from an injury and prevent new injuries from forming. It works to improve the strength, flexibility and functioning of major parts of the body that are crucial to our health and well being.
When we say core, we are speaking about the muscles, ligaments & tendons that surround, attach, support and stabilize the spine and major joints of the body. The core areas of the body include: the hips, thighs, butt, waist, oblique’s, abdominal, back, lower back and other important muscles found in the trunk and torso.
Core Strength is for people who:
★ Are seeking low impact, low intensity training classes effective for any age

Core Flex: is a deep stretching exercise therapy. It’s main focus is to loosen, heal and repair locked or tight muscles, ease tension throughout the body and heal or cure ailments related to tightness of muscles and limited movement such as lock jaw, teeth clenching or muscle cramping. CORE* Flex is a safe, effective and controlled program that will improve all your planes of movement and make everyday movements easier to do. This type of stretching allows for deeper and longer holds that would otherwise be difficult to reach on your own.
Core Flex is highly recommended for those who suffer from:
★ Have a job that requires you to sit for prolonged periods OR that requires heavy lifting and straining body movements
