Our Nutrition and Hydration Program: is for people who want to get nutrition advice, learn healthy food and meal prep options, increase their intake of vitamins and minerals, and much more. Clients will receive customized eating plans, 1-1 nutrition consultations and education on how to eat better and feel great.

We can help you by providing realistic healthy eating strategies that are ‘relevant’ to YOUR personal nutritional and energy requirements so that you can optimize your performance, every moment and every day.

Our Program is for people:
★ Are seeking nutrition as a means to achieving their health goals
★ Seek meal and eating plans
★ Guidance on food choices, food options and food for health
★ Seek to heal injuries, recover and feel incredible through the power of nutrition

5 weeks of individual nutrition consulting, in-person and via email
★ Daily and weekly detailed eating plans and plan adjustments
★ Education and advice on healthy foods, cooking and meals
★ Tailored program to meet your health goals
